Marc has a strong managerial background with senior level local / international experience and cross sector exposure. Marc has had an interest in setting up companies from a young age setting up various companies in the retail and food industries in Ireland. Marc then moved into European Real Estate admin and management where he has over 10 years experience and in recent years has moved into the Private Equity world by helping structure and set up new companies in the fin-tech space focused on digital banking and KYC solutions built on blockchain, also raising capital through his large network.
Chief Operations Officer
Paul has worked within the financial industry for ten years and has a wealth of experience in the structuring of debt and equity investment across Europe and Asia. Paul joined J.Streicher in January 2019, managing its European Operations. Paul specialises in real estate financial investments, previous to joining J.Streicher he was the Founder and Managing Director of a global business which focussed on operations and marketing to finance developers in real estate.
Real Estate Director
Upon qualifying as a certified property auctioneer, Dan began his career managing commercial and residential development land sales in Ireland. He swiftly rose through the professional ranks, becoming Managing Partner, where he remained until 2010. Dan has extensive professional experience with a primary on the German, UK and Irish Property markets, within which he has played an instrumental role in the development of unwavering partnerships and ongoing relationships with real estate services and construction providers such as JLL, Savills and Porr.
VP of Business Development
Stephen’s main focus with J.Streicher is business development, investor relationship and corporate strategy.
Since joining J.Streicher in 2018, Stephen has held senior roles in investor relations & business development in the areas of property, fin-tech and venture capital. Having experience working and living in Berlin, Singapore and London, this has helped Stephen build a strong international network and entrepreneurial mindset that transcends when developing business strategies, incubating new business models and relationship building that helps J.Streicher clients grow and achieve their goals.
Sales & Marketing Manager
Conor has experience in business development for start-up and fin-tech companies in the UK & Ireland. Since joining J.Streicher Conor has been involved with the setting up and structuring of companies helping him flourish in the sales and capital raising sector. Entrepreneur minded, with a methodical approach to working and an eagerness to learn. Conor’s aspiration is to help J.Streicher succeed in its expansion into the European market.
Business Development Manager
Prior to joining J.Streicher Brandon worked in business development and sales roles within the fin-tech and real estate sectors. Prior to this, Brandon's background is in project management. Primarily based in Australia, he carried out project management functions in the iron ore and gold mining industries working for two Fortune 500 companies, RioTinto and BHP Billiton. Brandon’s roll as project manager is vital in helping the company grow from strength to strength. A creative and inventive thinker, he craves a challenge and is not afraid to work outside his comfort zone. Brandon is also a certified Whiskey Ambassador.
Working for ten years in the Real Estate sector with specialized extensive experience in the Germany Property market. Consulting investors worldwide for over ten years in Dubai, Singapore, London and Balkan Regions.
Having experience with international investors and being a relationship manager for various operations over the last ten years.
CEO of Real Estate Investment Trust
David has over 40 years’ experience in banking, Wall Street investment banking and commercial real estate. He has extensive experience in the areas of REITs, banks, mortgage companies and commercial real estate operating companies.
His teams have acquired and managed $4 billion of nationwide commercial real estate properties including multifamily, industrial, office, retail, hotel, healthcare and net lease. In the past, he led the property management and leasing of 8 million square feet of commercial real estate
To jump-start the REIT, he is bringing a team of senior management professionals whom he has worked with for almost a decade. His previous employers include Drexel Burnham Lambert, Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, Raymond James, National Capital Holdings, National Retail Properties and BentleyForbes.
Michael has a wealth of experience in M&A, property and investment services. He began his career in finance as a reporter for McGrawHill before moving on to acquisitions with The Beverly Hills Country Club. Michael’s investment resumé boasts roles with Montaigne Investment Corporation in Dublin and American firm Premier Community Improvement Districts, where he served as Vice President of Special Projects / External Affairs. Michael completed further acquisitions as Director of Corporate Development for Clear Talk and at Requartz Ltd. where he was lead adviser for the evaluation of strategic alternatives in the US.
Recently, Michael has worked with Greenwich Group International in the evaluation and execution of potential European and US transactions.
Jonathan Q. Frey
Ongoing Principal of family owned NYSE and AMEX Specialists Firms for over fifty years. Jonathan began his Wall Street career alongside his grandfather Joseph Streicher in 1968. In 1969 he became a specialist clerk, in 1971 he obtained AMEX membership and then in 1975 he became an NYSE member. Jonathan has an extensive background specializing in listed securities with an explicit expertise in resource oriented companies. Jonathan has all the traditional experience of Wall Street combined with complete understanding of today’s electronic / algorithmic trading in a Reg NMS Marketplace. He traded Devon Energy from its inception as an $80 million MLP, provided exceptional liquidity for 20 years as it evolved into a $25 billion company. Other notable clients have included; Sotheby’s Auction House, Washington Post, Coeur D’ Alene Mines, Dillards Department Stores, Biovail Corporation and Polaris Snowmobiles.
VP of Business Development of America’s
Kelly has a strong emphasis in management and creating efficiencies which has allowed her to build a career in business development and sales across multiple business sectors, including real estate and finance. After more than ten years of experience in both sales and marketing, Kelly joined Redquartz Developments as a Project Manager and Private Clients Manager where she worked with a team to build partnerships among industry leaders in both Europe and the U.S. to create value for shareholders. Kelly will work to develop and maintain a pipeline of opportunities that will focus on effectively accomplishing the corporate objectives of J.Streicher.
Dean is the former SVP of Human Resources and a Corporate officer of Drax Biomass, Inc. headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia. In this role, he oversaw the administrative and Human Resources functions, as well as EHS. Drax Biomass operated several “wood pellet” manufacturing facilities in the Southeastern United States to supply Biomass to their parent corporation Drax Group plc, a major electricity generator in the United Kingdom.
Dean is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh with a Bachelors in Business Management. He also earned his Masters of Industrial and Labor Relations from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, Indiana, PA.
Dean’s 30 years’ experience includes 6 public and 5 private organizations large and small, building out the organization working alongside his senior executive team for both mature and 4 start-up entities. Dean’s strength is directing and building out a best in class team, through Talent Acquisition & development programs driving employee engagement to the highest levels.
His past roles include companies in the high tech software development, manufacturing, services, retail, distribution, telecommunications, mortgage, utilities, construction, and real estate industries. This includes companies such as Newell-Rubbermaid, Pulte Homes, SK-Korea, Trinity Industries, and Giant Eagle.
